This cookbook is a result of Moé Takemura's MA degree project at Lund University. The book shows how you can cook Japanese food using locally-available ingredients in Sweden. To raise their interest in Japanese food culture, an event was held in Lund, Sweden, in May 2012, in which some of the dishes from the book were served in Origami plates.
